loud air conditioning broken window
the location suited me perfectly for my early travel plans the next day it was adequately organized
the television in my room wouldn't turn off i had to wait for it to go into standby mode after hours the remote and the set itself were unresponsive also the air conditioning was very loud i couldn't use it while sleeping i also noticed a broken part of the window it was covered with expanding foam but still had a large gap letting street noise in

convenient location free luggage great view affordable rate
i found the location convenient, being just across from kings cross station! the free luggage storage after checkout was a huge plus, allowing me to explore without bags. my room had a great view of kings cross, which i thought was a nice touch. the affordable rates made it all the more appealing!
i noticed the bathroom door was tricky to slide. it needed a bit of force to open and close.

excellent location friendly staff
the location was excellent, very close to the station and several eateries. my room was a good size and included tea and coffee making facilities. i found the staff to be helpful and friendly, check-in was straightforward. luggage storage was available on arrival. but the room was quiet.

convenient location quick check-in tea facilities
I found the location across from St Pancras Station very convenient. The check-in was quick and settling into my room was easy. The room included a hairdryer and coffee and tea-making facilities. Shampoo and shower gel were also provided.
The room's window faced a wall and did not open. I also noted the noise from underground trains starting early in the morning.

The location is convenient to the train station. The room was clean. The central heating worked well. The shower room and toilet were super clean. It was a plus.

great location lovely staff
the location is fantastic, right across from the station. the staff proved lovely and accommodating to all our needs. it made catching our early eurostar train simple and stress-free.
the basement room was not ideal. i could clearly hear the trains so it was hard to sleep well.
